When we aim to ship your order

We aim to ship all order the same working day if ordered before 3pm. Your order will be delivered using the service you select when checking out.

If there is a delay in shipping your order

If there is a delay in shipping your order we will notify you by the contact email address you gave when checking out. Delays to order can exist through a variety of reasons which we do our upmost to avoid but are sometimes out of our control. Delays to orders can arise from situations such as poor weather conditions, damaged stock, incomplete delivery address, no inventory, payment not received or other payment problems.

Your order has not arrived

Occasionally the delivery of an order may be delayed or lost while in transit. Once the order leaves our warehouse we rely solely on the courier to deliver the item to your doorstep. If you feel your order has not arrived and is late please contact us as soon as possible and we will investigate for you.

Delivery timeframes

UK deliveries using Royal Mail’s second class service will normally be delivered within 3-5 business days.

UK deliveries using Royal Mail’s first class service will normally be delivered within 1-2 business says.

For EU and Rest of the World order, delivery will take between 4 and 8 business days.
